No shoes inside. No noise between 10pm and 8am. No parties allowed. Pets allowed when communicated in advance. Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds. Additional 150$ cleaning fee will be charged for pet stay. No smoking, automatic 250$ cleaning fee. No unauthorized guests, max 4 guests per stay. Person who books must be present. If this person confirms an early check-out, their guests must also check out at the same time, unless preauthorized. For safety reasons never leave pets or children unattended in the yard. Bath towels are not to be removed from the property. They are not to be used as beach towels etc. BBQ in the backyard is available for guest to use. Use disposable trays and make sure you leave the bbq clean as you found it. 50$ extra cleaning fee will be charged otherwise. Disabling ring/doorbell, smart looks of smoke/fire detectors will incur in 250$ damage fee. 1 car parking is available off property. Parking on the street is allowed during certain times of the day. During the winter (snow days) guests are encouraged to use parking spot provided a block away from the property.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.
