No noise between 10pm and 8am. No parties allowed. Pets allowed when communicated in advance. Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds. Additional 150$ cleaning fee will be charged. No smoking, automatic 250$ cleaning fee in addition to withholding deposit. No unauthorized guests, max 4 guests per stay. Person who books must be present. If this person confirms an early check-out, their guests must also check out at the same time, unless preauthorized. For safety reasons never leave pets or children unattended in the yard. Bath towels are not to be removed from the property. They are not to be used as beach towels etc. Disabling ring, smart looks of smoke/fire detectors will incur in 250$ damage fee. 1 car parking is available off property. Parking on the street is allowed during certain times of the days. Guests are encouraged to use parking spot provided a block away from the property. Damage deposit of 500$ will be returned at the end of the stay if the rules are honored. Door enter code will be provided upon payment of the deposit.
