House Rules
No shoes inside. No noise outside between 10pm and 8am. No parties allowed. No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house. Pets allowed when communicated in advance. Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds. Additional 150$ cleaning fee will be charged for pet stay. No smoking, automatic 250$ cleaning fee. No unauthorized guests, max 6 guests per stay. Person who books must be present.
For safety reasons never leave pets or children unattended in the yard. Bath towels are not to be removed from the property. They are not to be used as beach towels etc. BBQ in the backyard is available for guest to use. Use disposable trays and make sure you leave the bbq clean as you found it. 50$ extra cleaning fee will be charged otherwise. Disabling ring/doorbell, smart looks of smoke/fire detectors will incur in 250$ damage fee.
